Looking to dispose of your old and tattered flag?

Marian Roe Myers, June 01

Please use the new flag disposal unit in front of the Ramsey VFW building at Finch Park.

Flags will also be collected in person on Flag Day (June 14) from 9-10:30am by Boy Scout & RFD Junior Member Connor Behrmann along with fellow scouts from Troop 31 as part of his Eagle Scout project. Connor designed the new flag disposal unit and refreshed the area in front of the VFW building.

Last night the RFD had the opportunity to train on an acquired structure in Upper Saddle River

Ramsey NJ Fire Department, May 20

Our members were joined by members of the USR fire department and Ramsey Rescue to create a fantastic night of training across departments. Crews operated a mock working fire response with hose deployment, primary and secondary searches, ventilation and overhaul. And of course members truly appreciated the hospitality at USR FD HQ!...
